Who we are

SuperLearningSeries Ltd. is the data controller for the personal data collected through this website. We are registered in England and Wales under company number 10282261, at 66 Runnemede Road, Egham, Surrey TW20 9BL, United Kingdom.

What we collect

We only collect what you type into a form on this site:

• Worksheet requests — your name, email address, the role you told us about (parent, teacher, tutor and so on), the school or organisation if you gave one, and any message you added.
• Contact messages — your name, email address, subject and message.

We do not ask for, and you should not send us, information about individual learners, children, health, or any other special category data through this site.

Why we use it and our lawful basis

• To send you the resources you asked for and to answer your message. Our lawful basis is legitimate interests — responding to a request you made of us.
• To decide what to produce next. We look at the roles and year groups people tell us about when planning future worksheets and resources. This does not change anything we send you. Our lawful basis is legitimate interests.
• To send you occasional updates about our resources, but only if you ticked the box asking for them. Our lawful basis is consent, which you can withdraw at any time.

How it is handled

Form submissions are sent by email to a single private mailbox that we control. This site does not run a database, does not build a profile of you, and does not sell or share your details with anyone for marketing. Our web host and email provider process the data on our behalf as part of delivering those services.

How long we keep it

We keep worksheet requests and contact messages for as long as we need them to deal with your request and to keep a record of what we sent — normally no more than 24 months — and then delete them. If you asked for updates, we keep your address until you tell us to stop.

Cookies

We do not use analytics, advertising or tracking cookies. The only cookie this site can set is a temporary session cookie used to protect the forms against cross-site request forgery. It is deleted when you close your browser and holds nothing that identifies you.

Your rights

Under the UK GDPR you have the right to:

• ask for a copy of the personal data we hold about you;
• have inaccurate data corrected;
• ask us to delete your data;
• object to, or ask us to restrict, our use of it;
• withdraw consent for updates at any time;
• ask for your data in a portable format.

To exercise any of these, contact us through the contact page. We will respond within one month.

Complaints

If you are unhappy with how we have handled your data, please tell us first so we can put it right. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.

Changes to this policy

If we change how we handle personal data we will update this page and change the date at the top.
